USER SERVICE AGREEMENT
User Service Agreement
Effective date:August 29, 2026
Welcome to Yujing Xunqi, provided by individual developer Peng Le. Before using the App, read this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard EULA.
By using the App, you agree to these service terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
1. Scope and regions
This Agreement covers the Yujing Xunqi iOS App. The planned initial release covers available Apple storefronts except the 27 European Union storefronts; actual availability is shown on the App Store page.
The Apple Standard EULA governs the software license. This Agreement governs the product service, content boundaries, and user responsibilities; it is not a Custom EULA.
2. Service
The App provides rule-data entry, on-device calculations, compass measurements, floor-plan annotation, archives, results, and available export or copy tools. The initial release has no website accounts, cloud archives, Developer-server calculations, or third-party payments.
Features may change for system compatibility, device capabilities, permissions, maintenance, or compliance. The installed App interface controls.
3. Subscriptions, payment, and restore
Membership subscriptions use Apple StoreKit and Apple ID. Product name, term, and local price are shown on the purchase page and Apple's confirmation sheet.
Auto-renewal follows Apple's rules. Users can manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases rechecks valid restorable entitlements for the same Apple account.
Apple and App Store rules handle charges, refunds, revocations, taxes, Family Sharing, and subscription status. Membership unlocks only after a verifiable valid entitlement; network or verification issues may temporarily prevent confirmation.
4. Interpretive content and limits
The App is for research, learning, and recordkeeping. Results are not medical, legal, investment, financial, purchasing, construction, safety, or other real-world decision advice and do not guarantee outcomes.
Users must verify inputs, measurements, and result premises and use appropriate professional advice and judgment.
5. User data and authority
Users must have lawful authority to process customer, household, birth, floor-plan, and other information. For another person or minor, users must satisfy applicable notice, consent, or guardian requirements.
Users must protect devices, backups, exports, shared copies, and clipboard content. The Developer does not currently hold core on-device archives and generally cannot recover deleted data from a server.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe rights, bypass security or paid access, disrupt operation, or present outputs as definitive medical, legal, investment, or safety conclusions.
7. Intellectual property
The App software, interface, organized rule structure, original text, and graphics belong to the Developer or relevant rights holders. Users retain rights in lawfully owned source data and images. Except where law permits, do not distribute, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or bulk extract original collections.
8. Apple and third-party services
StoreKit, the App Store, Apple Standard EULA, camera, file pickers, sharing, clipboard, email, WeChat, and other services are provided by Apple or third parties under their own rules. The Developer cannot control content after a user sends it to a third party.
9. Updates and stopping use
The Developer may update for fixes, compatibility, experience, or compliance. Users may stop and uninstall at any time, but should first handle archives and external copies they need to keep.
10. Availability and responsibility
The Developer will reasonably maintain the App but cannot guarantee every device, system, sensor, network, or third-party service. Responsibility follows applicable law and actual fault. Mandatory liability and consumer remedies are not excluded.
11. Changes
A new effective date is shown after updates. Material changes affecting services, personal information, or user rights receive appropriate notice. Separate consent is obtained when required.
12. Law, disputes, and contact
Laws with jurisdiction over the user and Developer apply, including mandatory local consumer protections. Parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably, then use a competent forum under applicable law.
Questions may be sent to [email protected] or WeChat Yujingfengshui. No public phone number or mailing address is provided.
